Diagnosis The SAPscript / Smart Form output format OTF isGerätetyp>-dependent. When creating the OTF documentin the print program, the device type needed for printing or sending isalready considered. In this instance, the OTF document for device type &V1& was created, butdevice type &V2& set in the SAPconnect Administration is being used forthe conversion in the SAPconnect send process. The document may have been printed first and then sent from the spool,or the device type in the SAPconnect Administration was changed afterthe document was created.System Response SAPconnect attempts to perform the conversion and send it to theconnected component (such as fax or mail server). However, it can happenthat the content of the document is not correctly displayed for therecipient, or that the connected component is unable to process thedocument. Procedure If required, change the device type in SAPconnect Administration or sendthe document from the application again. Using the "retry" procedure onthe send request overview (transaction SOST) does not correct theproblem. |
