Diagnosis
In SAP APO, you have assigned a different resource to the operation withoperation number &V2& in the manufacturing order with order number &V1&that has already been approved. Since this new resource has a differentclassification to the old one, the system attempted to reverse theapproval for the manufacturing order. However, the reversal of theapproval is not permitted; probably because your user status does notallow this.

Procedure
Check the change in SAP APO. You can make the change manually in thecorresponding order in SAP ECC, if necessary.
