You cannot delete partner funtion(s).
Check in Customizing for the Vendor Master - Control, whetherthe partner functions are Suppress or Display.
If the Customizing setup allows processing of partner functions, checkif you have the authorization to process partner functions. The partnerfunctions fields could be assigned to a field group that you are notallowed to process.
