Diagnosis
You have chosen functional enhancement "Characteristic Planning" forplanning layout &V2& (planning step &V1&). Before you can runcharacteristic planning, you must assign the characteristic with themeaning "Classification System Characteristic" (in this case &V3&) tothe relevant planning step as a planning level. In this case, however,this has not been done.

System Response
Due to this inconsistency, the system cannot activate your planningscenario.

Procedure
Add planning level &V3& to planning step &V1& or do not selectfunctional enhancement "Characteristic Planning" for planning layoutV2.
When you have done this, check the planning scenario once again.
