and event.

Notes
For the "Change" event (code 2), only newly-entered entries in thereference document are relevant. Changes to quantities and deliverydates are to be analyzed in existing additionals documents.
For the "Delete" event (code 9), the deletion indicator for theadditionals documents is flagged.
