Diagnosis
The system on which the upgrade is running has the wrong Retail Releaselevel. It is either too low (a minimum of Retail Release 1.2B1 isrequired for the upgrade), or is 4.0 or above.

No data converted.

Procedure
If your system is lower than Retail Release level 1.2B1, upgrade to1.2B.
If your system is >= 4.0, no data has to be converted.
