Diagnosis
In the technical control, you have maintained the number of recipientsper process (entry value > 0) without, however, selecting parallelprocessing. As the value you entered is only taken into considerationin parallel processing, the entry value 0 must be entered if you arerunning the program without using parallel processing simultaneously.

Procedure

• Enter 0 in the input field for the number of recipients per process.


• Run the program with active parallel processing. This can, however,
only be used when running the program in the background.
