Diagnosis
Based on the current Customizing settings, the system could not deleteall items. The period between the substitution date and the current dateis shorter than the minimum retention period defined in Customizing forentries in the assignment table.

Procedure
You can define the minimum retention period of assignment table entriesin the IMG activity Activate/ProcessSubstitution Processing.
