The attributes for an element have been changed from enabled to finaldisbled in ESR.

Procedure
If the element is on the database, please just remove the mapping atthis time of development. If the element is not persistent, it should bechecked, if the relevant structure can be adjusted. For supplementarycomponents of IDs no action should be taken at present (in this case, itis an info message only).
