Diagnosis For characteristic &V1&, you want to convert value &V3& from theexternal format into the internal format. When doing so, error &V2&(error number &V4&) occurred. System Response Processing is cancelled. Procedure Check whether a valid characteristic value and a valid characteristicattribute were transferred.
