Diagnosis
The characteristic &V1& has been defined as a source characteristic inthe parameter group. Source characteristics must be a part of theplanning level in which the parameter group is defined.
This is not the case for the characteristic &V1&.

System Response
The system cannot execute the planning function.

Procedure
Add the characteristic &V1& to the planning level or remove thischaracteristic from the list of source characteristics.
