The planning function for cleaning up and enriching the explicableelement requires information about the forecast model that underlies theforecast.
This can be transferred in the form of the exit parameter 0FCMOD (type/MAP/M_Y_FCMOD).
This parameter is not transferred in the parameter group that youselected.

System Response
The system cannot execute the planning function.

Procedure
Add the exit parameter 0FCMOD to the definition of the planning functionand transfer this parameter in the parameter group with the relevantforecast model.
