Diagnosis
The start date of the selected assignment to a contingent must not bebefore a specific date. This value is equal to the maximum of the startdate of the relevant operation/exercise contingent, start date of thecorresponding operation/exercise contingent relationship of thehigher-level force element, start date of the force element to beassigned, and the current date.

System Response
You are not allowed to create an assignment with a start date that isbefore the minimum start date described.

Procedure
Select a start date that is after or the same as the minimum startdate permitted.
