CAUSE	SID description in LISTENER.ORA had an error in it.
ACTION	Make sure the lines of code in LISTENER.ORA containing SID_DESC or SID begin with SID_LIST_ on the left side of the equation. For example, SID_LIST_LISTENER =(SID_LIST=(SID_DESC=(SID_NAME=)(ORACLE_HOME=)))
