Summary :
This SAP Note addresses an authorization issue where a key figure in an InfoSet is not authorized despite being listed under the 1KYFNM field in a user's authorization check. This occurs due to a mismatch caused by the system converting only characteristic names and not key figure names in Infosets, resulting in authorization checks against incorrect key figure names. For resolution, it is recommended to import Support Package 18 for BW 3.0B or Support Package 12 for BW 3.1C as outlined in the corresponding detailed SAP notes. If urgent, manual implementation of correction instructions via transaction SNOTE is suggested, although using the latest Support Packages is preferred for optimal results.
