Notifications with the deletion flag (Status I0076) in SAP systems cannot be physically deleted from the database due to the absence of a corresponding delete function. To resolve this, SAP users should use the provided deletion report Z_DELETE_BASIC_NOTIFICATIONS, created via transaction SE38. This report can be executed in either test mode, which lists notifications without actual deletion, or update run mode, which deletes the flagged notifications from the database.
