Summary :
When settling orders or projects with a negative balance to a fixed asset, especially to an asset under construction (AuC), error AA629 may occur, indicating a negative balance for a transaction type group. This issue arises primarily during the settlement processes (via transactions like KO88, KO8G, CJ88, CJ8G). It is triggered when transaction types 114 and 115, part of group 10, attempt settlements that lead to a negative year-end balance in assets, unless settling to an already completed asset. To rectify, review and adjust postings if settling to a completed asset or modify transaction types in Customizing to enable negative balances for AuCs.
